Emily A. Oliver, a Rocky Mount native, has been representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in real estate closings for years. Emily is a facilitator of all facets of real estate transactions handling both buyer's and seller's sides of the transaction. She also provides comprehensive services related to title insurance and works with clients to ensure that their assets are properly protected.
In addition to her real estate practice, Emily is also a dedicated estate planning attorney who assists clients in the protecting their legacy through the drafting and implementation of wills, trusts, and financial planning. Emily is also experienced in estate administration and has managed millions of dollars in assets through the probate and administration process.
Emily has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine since 2020. Prior to entering private practice Emily was a law clerk for Twenty-Third Judicial Circuit in Roanoke, Virginia.
